CWB Welding Supervisor — Steel (CSA W47.1)
CWB Welding Supervisor certification preparation for steel — covering supervisory responsibilities, welding process knowledge, procedure qualification, defect control, and quality assurance requirements under CSA W47.1 for structural, pressure equipment, and pipeline fabrication.
Course Overview
This course prepares candidates for CWB Welding Supervisor certification under CSA W47.1, the Canadian standard for certification of companies for fusion welding of steel. It addresses the technical and supervisory knowledge required of a Welding Supervisor responsible for welding quality in CWB-certified fabrication and construction environments. The programme is applicable to structural steel, pressure equipment, and pipeline fabrication sectors where CSA W47.1 certification is mandatory.
